Shephard S. Johnson, Jr., Esquire, J.D. M.S.E.L

Admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Vermont and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Mr. Johnson is a member of the American, Massachusetts, Boston and New Bedford Bar Associations and their respective Natural Resources and Environmental Law Sections. He is a member of the National Brownsfield Association, licensed site Professional Association, and formerly served on the National Advisory Board of the Recreational Fishing Alliance, was a former Director of the Taunton River Watershed Alliance, and formerly a municipal conservation commission member.

Mr. Johnson appears before business, trade and legal associations as a lecturer and guest speaker. He has testified in Court as an expert witness and before state legislative committees, and has authored articles on oil, hazardous materials and environmental liabilities.

Shephard S. Johnson, Jr. was awarded a Jessie Smith Noyes Fellowship from the Environmental Law Center at Vermont Law School, where he received a Master of Studies in Environmental Law in 1983 and his Juris Doctor in 1986. He graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Environmental Administration from Hartwick College in 1980.

Admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Mr. Marsh received his Juris Doctor (JD) and Master of Studies in Environmental Law (MSEL) from Vermont Law School. He received his BA from Gettysburg College. Mr. Marsh is a member of the American and Massachusetts Bar Associations and a former member of the Westwood Conservation Commission. Previously Mr. Marsh was a Litigation Contract Attorney for Sherin and Lodgen, LLP in Boston, and was a law clerk for the Vermont Superior Court in Bennington, VT. He lives in Foxboro, MA.
